Privacy policy
Last updated 29 October 2026
Lock In Athletics (“I”, “me”) is a personal coaching business run by Francisco D’Avila. This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It follows the Australian Privacy Principles.
What I collect
When you send a coaching application, I collect what you type into the form:
- your name, email address and phone number (phone is optional)
- your main goal and, if you choose to give them, your lift maximums
- your training history, schedule, equipment and any injuries or health information you decide to write in the notes box
Injury and health details are sensitive information. Only include them if you are comfortable doing so. I collect them only with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics.
Why I collect it
To read your application, reply to you, and work out whether and how I can coach you. I do not use it for marketing to other people and I do not sell it.
Who sees it, and where it is stored
- Me. Applications are saved in a private database that only I can read, and emailed to me.
- Service providers. The website and database run on Google Firebase (Google Cloud). The database is hosted in Australia (Sydney). Email goes through Gmail. These providers process the information for me and may have servers outside Australia.
- Fonts. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when you visit.
How long I keep it
I keep an application for as long as I need it to respond to you and manage enquiries. If you become a client, your details move into my client records and the client app’s own privacy policy applies. You can ask me to delete your application at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email me at francisco.davila.xico@gmail.com and I will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with how I handle your information, tell me first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Clients using the app
Clients log in to the Lock In Athletics app at app.lockinathletics.com.au. The app collects training logs, body measurements, food entries, check-ins, messages and payment records. That information is visible only to the client and to me. The app has its own privacy policy.
